The Founder Benjamin RAPHANEL
Originally from Bordeaux, Benjamin entered the wine world in 2013 after graduating from EDHEC. His passion took him from Shanghai, where he worked for an importer with a strong focus on Burgundy domaines, to New York, where he explored some of the world’s most iconic regions—Bordeaux, Tuscany, Napa Valley, or again Mosel.
Back in France since 2019, he’s based in Paris and continues to grow his expertise across Eastern and Central Europe, also embracing the world of spirits along the way.
Then came the summer of 2023 when Benjamin took a decisive turn in his journey. After years promoting some of the world’s greatest wines, he realized that many talented winemakers still lacked the time, tools, or networks to grow internationally. He founded Nest Wine — a company dedicated to supporting these producers and giving their wines the wings to fly on the global stage.
